Back in the 1970s, the BAADER 189 used to be the first efficient whitefish filleting machine for mass production…
… a legend, that is now returning to the stage in an updated version - BAADER 189 Pro. BAADER 189 Pro is designed to take on the challenges of a demanding modern market and deliver improvement in production yield and higher operational efficiency.
Originally engineered in Germany, the machine will now be manufactured in Iceland. As such, the new BAADER 189 Pro is the result of innovative minds coming together to create a machine that keeps up with the demands of modern fish processing.
BAADER has always been flexible in supporting individual enterprise. Merging German engineering skills, BAADER Iceland’s decades of experience working with the machine became an ideal opportunity to meet new customer requirements in the competitive, modern whitefish industry. The result is the BAADER 189 Pro, a modern machine, equipped with dynamic belly knife, digital operational system and a more ergonomic, streamlined design that minimizes the need for spare parts and service.
BAADER’s acquisition of Icelandic manufacturer Skaginn 3X further strengthened the North Atlantic alliance. Located in the hub of modern whitefish processing, Skaginn 3X has decades of experience fabricating machines that are robust, reliable and able to withstand the harsh conditions of the fish processing environment. Quality craftmanship, precision engineering and solid manufacturing experience make the Icelandic factory ideal for the production of the new BAADER 189 Pro.
